Refund Policy

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 7 days from when the order was received to inform us about a damage or issue. We will review all cases regardless of the timeframe, but to insure accuracy and information please do so within 7 days. 
Non-returnable items
Our sauces are considered perishable goods and cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Refunds/ Replacements
Less than 1% of our shipments get damaged during shipping, but If a bottle breaks during shipping, please email us immediately at with order number, pictures of the shipping label/package along with a picture of the broken bottle(s). We will happily replace your bottles or refund your order. The price paid for shipping is not included in the refund.
